Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

After processing, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location.

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide (including the US, Europe, and Brazil). Tracking details will be provided during checkout and in your confirmation email.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country

You can return a product within 60 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Return Shipping Costs: Covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  
• Exchanges: Free for defective or incorrect items. For size or preference changes, please return the product and place a new order.
